What you told us
- You license storm and disaster footage to national news networks and pay your videographers a share of each sale. The platform is how that business runs.
- The design is settled. Your HTML prototype is the direction, plus three final items you'll describe to us. We build to it rather than redesigning it.
- Security matters most. Videographers must never reach the Media portal, and Media accounts must never see Super Admin.
- Payments happen outside the site. The platform creates each invoice, shows it in the Media portal, emails it automatically, tracks its status, and lets you mark it paid once the money arrives.
- Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, which you've already tested and liked.
- You want it live before the end of the year.
What's included
- Three role-based portals matching your approved prototype: Super Admin, Videographer and Media.
- Strict role separation in the database, so a mistake on a screen can never expose another portal's data.
- Footage upload and processing with watermarked previews, plus secure storage and streaming on AWS (or Bunny, if you prefer).
- Licensing → invoice → payout, kept in sync, with void, correct-and-reissue and manual payout adjustments.
- Invoices emailed automatically, with status tracking and a "mark as paid" step for you in Super Admin.
- Organizations and billing profiles, including a remit-to address that applies to new invoices only.
- Scheduled media alerts targeted by organization.
- A full audit log of every admin action: approvals, voids, payout changes and sign-ins.

When is it done?
WeatherVaultMedia is done when a media account can sign in, browse footage, license a video and receive an accurate invoice by email, and you can run every invoice, payout and audit record from Super Admin, with no account ever able to reach a portal that isn't its own.
